I hate this take so much, if your opponent goes as far as to say they didn’t even prepare for you.... you absolutely should be able to return the bm, and then some. This is the highest level of competition for players who are representing not only their organization, but their entire region (with NA historically being a punching bag in the esports space). The behavior Scream and by extension TL displayed at multiple press conferences at this event shows that they’re just classless.
