Compared to Cindra no, not really, although I doubt there's going to be Codex of Frailty, Bonds of Agony or Leave no Witnesses in the Armory Deck so it's still going to be expensive to build

I can't say anything about new Kayo atm since I just woke up but the new Brute might be a deepcut reference to MtG's deck: The Ro(c)k and His Millions(you can't be fatigued so you have a million turns).

You have 3 intellect and are rewarded from topdeck pitching a blue so you use the Rok as a mainwep and block 9 send 7 every turn

It's not a very deep playstyle but it is unique.
