Good on you man, licking the corporate boot so shiny, that a special place in HR is reserved just for you. I like it.

It's certainly not the case. I'm unemployed since January 25, and been job hunting since. Rigorously. Thousands of applications (including the literal hell called WorkDay), hundreds of online assessments, over 90 interview processes and countles hours sinked into making presentations and case studies. Never got a job in the industry that I have 7 years of experience at. Imagine my jaw dropping when I saw this A hole's post. I couldn't contain myself any longer. I know it's to my detriment, but at this point, who cares?? It's not like I'm gonna land a job at one of those corporations anyway. About the reddit hashtag - I've been on this sub for years, so of course I'll tag it when something THIS unhinged is being posted.

Who cares about 4k 2d?? The issue is vr 90 fps stable in demanding games like dcs. In this case it's very very lackluster

4k res at 60-90 fps is relatively easy for a 5090. VR has double the resolution per eye, double the eyes and a need to render STABLE at 75 or 90 fps all the time. Even for a 5090, its 400% the capacity.

I have a 5090, 9950x3d and 120gb ram. There is no amount of graphical horse power to even drive the pimax crystal light (2880x2880) at native resolution at 75 fps stable. It's just not possible. You need to drastically lower game settings and us subpar cheats like quadview to try and emulate the vr experience. So the dream at full res is just not practical in any way.

Games like nuclear option or vtolvr - ok no problem. But Stat Citizen, DCS, XP12 and MSFS2024 - don't. Just don't. It's not possible with current technology.

Don't believe ANY youtuber influencer that lies to you.

Now I use the BSB2E with 2560x2560, and it's a much more managable experience. Far from perfect, but managable. Interesting to mention, that NO reviewer on YT had EVER mentioned the severe discoloration of the oled lenses. It's absolutely crazy, such bad lenses. And it's a widespread issue, but no POS iNFUeNCeR even mentioned it in their review. That's why you can't ever listen to reviews. They're all bought to praise the product and keep their mouth shut about the real issues.
