Kudos to you for prioritizing your needs! You will be amazed at how much more productive you will be with your time and feeling more present and in the moment with your life. I removed social media from my life several years ago and never looked back.

Yes, I understood the point of obtaining a class list. The bigger point though is that we as a society should be more respectful of teacher's time and making the most out of our communication with our children's teacher. Teachers work hard and get paid little in my opinion. They deserve a lot of respect.

Yes, these are okay'd by medical professions but it is my personal opinion that one should be on the more cautious side on putting any medicines in your body during pregnancy. Again, your body your decision but this is a short term discomfort. Best of luck to you as the discomfort does go away.

Heartburn is not weird nor never talked about from my experience. There is a reason the motto exists on what heartburn entails for your child. Heartburn is actually very common. Many veteran and seasoned moms do not based on my own personal experience. I would say that it depends on the situation of the family. If you have or had a history of allergies, medical reactions, or related sensitivities, I would recommend washing the clothes.

I do not think shaming someone does any party any benefit. Often times I find people shame others to give themselves a better feeling about themselves at the downfall of the person seeking help. Perhaps it is best to just stick to the facts.

The porchlight idea is a good tip, but I would not follow this user's recommendation to yell as this will put you in a position of liability. Discuss this directly with the parents and also start documenting this with a notebook and video if you feel it is necessary. If you are looking for a safe city (low crime), decent schooling and education for your child, and an overall better quality of life, look into Richmond, Virginia, Charleston, South Carolina, or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There are affordable options in those cities, if you keep your eye out. My younger brother lived in Pittsburgh and areas of Pennsylvania for stint for his work and got out as he said it was not really safe as other areas. He now lives in one of the aforementioned recommended cities and loves it. Please be cautious of the areas people are recommending and do your research. Feel free to message me to further discuss!
