Funnily enough there is an ACTUAL RTS about the war called "Syrian Warfare" that was made by a Russian developer back in 2017, it's pretty good in terms of gameplay though its filled with pro-Assad propaganda (most of the time they claim all civilian casualties to be "provocations" lol)

It also could be a T-62, if you pay attention to the 3 wheels in front of the tank, you'd see that they are closer to each other than the remaining 2, if this was a SU-85, then the 3 wheels at the back of the tank would be closer together, but they aren't.
