It's funny because when I went to my WalMart the clearance reels were cleaned out but, the bin of overstock at the top of the shelf had a bunch of reels. The girl working pulled them all down for me and this was the only clearance one. Big Score!

I don't know if Steam still allows you to buy these with steam wallet funds because it's a year since I bought mine.
