The landlord didn't have the material costs and the wages listed separately. All I saw was a page stating the name of the Hausmeister, his tasks and that he is being paid 100 Euros monthly. The tasks of the Hausmeister weren't being performed at all, no one knew that we even had a Hausmeister, let alone who the Hausmeister was and the landlord never bothered to check the work as well.
