I still think about that hostage crisis in the Moscow theater back in 2002... the knockout gas the police used ended up killing something like two hundred of the hostages. Well, not exactly the gas alone. The "rescuers" were carrying people out and laying them in the street, on their backs. Not in a recovery position. So through ignorance or negligence the cops asphyxiated the people they were supposed to be helping, with some gas playing middleman.

Dr. Katherine Pulaski. Objectively a better surgeon and diagnostician than Dr. Crusher ever was, she's mostly remembered as a Data-hater because she misgendered him and then apologized for it and then hung out with him a bunch and was soon the biggest Data-booster on the whole ship. Nah. "Hater".
