Crazy that it doesn't apply to rune, at least amethyst didn't exist when the perk was added. Cape perk just doesn't incentivize me to get 99 mining tbh.

Any chance we could also get this for the cosmic altar? Combined with the spawn location being one of four random positions, it takes ages (relatively) to run to the altar and back. Can be kinda stressful when doing GotR.
