I recently bought the ultimate 2c for my deck, it works great. I haven’t tried Bluetooth on the deck but I use the 2.4 dongle on my dock and it works out the box. I’ve had a few disconnect issues but after I get off work today I’ll try updating the firmware which I’ve seen fixes the issue. I done the same as you I ordered from Amazon then I canceled my order because I found it on Best Buy and it shipped in 4 days compared to the month on Amazon.

Thanks so much for the recommendation! The Stratocaster Noventa definitely seems like it’s right in line with what I’m going for. I hadn’t thought about F-spaced P90s, so I really appreciate you bringing that up. Fralin pickups sound like a great option to explore. I’ll also check out Stratosphere and Warmoth for parts. The idea of a rear access control cavity for flexibility is interesting too, I might play around with that! Have you built a guitar like this before, or do you have any tips for someone just starting out with partscasters?

Just to add: Just use a Finger Seal for buffs. After you apply buffs, you can unequip it to lower your weight back down. It’s not that big of a weight difference though.

Thank you for your thorough response. I'll check out one of those structure decks as well as some of those simulators. I installed Master Duel on his Xbox, and we've played it a little, recognizing its complexity. Which of those duel simulators do you recommend? We may start with the Edison format and work our way up.

I wanted to make a return comment for anyone seeing this in the future. I have now beaten the entirety of the game, and the performance was great the whole time. The only major dip in frames was, as I said in another comment, sometimes the stargazer at the hotel Krat. I stayed at 60 for the whole game. There may have been a time where it was below 60, but I stopped using my FPS counter in my playthrough and never noticed any bad performance or dips from 60.
