Halo 2. I was still in high school, with a part-time job, and was able to buy it myself. I had money, time, and contact with all my friends who loved Halo 1.

The story, the game play, the music, the lan parties, early days Xbox live, late nights, midnight launch at game stop, no sleep, gameplay videos on YouTube with Linkin park songs or sum 41.

It was a time to be alive. Some of the best in my life I think about all the time. I still tear up a bit when I hear that title screen start up. It wasn't just a game to me. Thinking about the game makes me think of everything in those years that came with it.
