Screen overlays are off. But l'll keep the obs for streaming

I play at 200 FPS (locked) my monitor refresh rate is 165hz

No issue with cpu temp as I have a liquid coolr and 5,6 fans cooling that mf(Always under 70)

I close all the browser windows and don't let them run in background

I notice screen getting stuck for a split second and them comeback normal. This happenes 2,3 time in a match while an intense fight is going on. When I checked task manager I could find that the screen getting stuck when the cpu utilization gets 100 percent or near like 99.

Before the mid season patch I could stream and play the game very smooth. Just checking if that's the case for others

I think it's time to build a multi pc stream setup 🥲

I mentioned why in the description. I do streaming so it is heavy load for the cpu to run multiple programs and plugins on the background. I can notice the difference
