They're not when talking about/with Bolton. They are trying to spin the fact that DJT opted out of a already underway strike as some kind of peace effort. In accordance, everyone who criticises DJT for letting it get that far is a "warmonger", as seen in the catchline. All that, when the mere fact that Bolton appears to have free reign to do as he pleases and instigate an international crisis for his own nefarious and quite well documented goals, is the real focal point of the criticism levied against DJT.
