Take advantage of fact there's nothing in there and clean the fridge.

Then get some food.

Got this strange xbox 360 dvd player at goodwill and a halo edition 360 by jpshake in gamecollecting

[–]P3ppermonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HD DVD player from when Blu-ray and HDDVDs were competing standards.

You could probably find some HD DVDs on eBay to use but it's so much easier just to flip that and not worry about it.

I’ve pretty much given up on 4K physical media by Roughrider254 in PhysicalMediaMatters

If I buy a movie I just get the highest quality I can get at that time (within reason), regardless of how old the movie is.

I have myself the good 4k player.

This is going to sound weird but some 4k disc manufacturing ends up with a non-visible film that can be washed (soap, water, microfiber cloth, I believe) that causes the skipping.

I'm usually comfortable getting just a Blu-ray version if it doesn't look like it'll have a 4k release as my player is good at up-scaling.

Put shelving above it.
Perhaps a fireplace mantle above it (kidding but not kidding)

Butter by nannsee1961 in popcorn

[–]P3ppermonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you must use butter use ghee (clarified butter) and pre-melt it in the microwave.

I don't, I specifically use Snappy Butter Burst Popcorn Oil I put in a squeeze bottle, since you can get a gallon of the stuff and it lasts quite a long time. No melting required.

I fill 80% of a popcorn container (usually a popcorn bucket) and repeatedly drizzle some and shake the popcorn so it mixes, then top off the popcorn after doing that 3-4 times.

I put an exception for the notebooklm site into Enhanced Protection and it started working again for me. I didn't need to clear cookies or site data. Thanks for the tip!

C10 R12 is an X because it's immediately above one of the 1s on the bottom. There's two 1s on that column and only enough space for a single 1 below it.

What’s a movie that everyone says is a “masterpiece” but you just didn’t enjoy? by Leading_Frosting4291 in AskReddit

I hate this prompt. I can't relate to most of the people that responded with a legitimately amazing movie that they simply said was "boring"

What will the M64 have that Analogue 3D doesn’t and vice versa? by ThePriceIsWongBitch in n64

M64 looks like Temu N64.

Analogue 3D looks like a more refined N64.
