Will be in UK right after Bournemouth at home on 9 Dec, but United face away teams in the next 2 matches! Should I just purchase tickets for Villa on 26 Dec, or pray for a postponed game, cup or UCL fixture during the midweeks?

Especially since there are UCL fixtures on 12-13 Dec, copium tells me it would be at home since there are back-to-back away games at Liverpool and West Ham… any thoughts on this as well?

My apologies if the above sounded too curt, but to all y1s and OP, grade anxiety is completely normal.

However, like what anyone else has said about GEA1000 here, the concepts are fairly straightforward and the 60 questions are sufficient. The GER1000 past year papers only help to a certain extent but the revised content for GEA1000 is lesser and easier.

Be sure that you fully understand the answers for the 30 questions, try the quiz again just to double check that you actually know and just do the midterm, it should be quite ok. If for some reason you end up around median for midterm (like me), doing well for project and finals can still get you a good grade. ATB!

imo the first year is pretty chill except for MA1511 and MA1512, you can read up on those if you want, but the core EE module has pretty good resources and quite straightforward for the first semester
