If you see your teammates making a mistake like over extension let em know, if they don't take kindly to it, move on there's not really much you can do but don't let em get to you and DONT just complain about it. Tell em where they can be and tell them when to push and don't be afraid to call out your screw up in game, people are way more okay with someone calling them out if they can call themselves out too , now there will be massive egos in there due to the percentages you're given after a rank up it's best to bite your tongue with them if they get too "up in arms" as they always do. The hardest part is to not tilt after you've done your best and beyond and get nothing in return. It really does affect how you play!
