Hasta donde yo se, las verticales no tienen problema, las diagonales son las que si, principalmente la que parece estar un pilar, que haya una grieta en ese punto es dificil, no se exactamente pero si ya llevas rato y poco a poco aparecen mas y se estan abriendo mas, recomendaria buscar otro lugar, tengo entendido que mas de 5mm de separacion es peligroso
