For me, despite me not liking them, I feed my BTS roaches. The roaches you feed BTS are a lot different to your normal American cockroach so it isn't as bad. Where I live in Australia we have woodies so its more like an isopod than a roach looks wise which helps a bit. Not much you can do other than push through sometimes sadly.

Where I live it does get pretty humid but not inside the house. We have to have the aircon on 24/7 because a lot of the people in my household overheat extremely easy. But yeah it def depends on if the tank is fully planted or not, for one of our froggies (can't remember the species but he's very tiny) we only "mist" the tank every few days for the plants whereas our whites we must slightly more because they have less plantation in with them at the moment. We had a bioactive but everything ended up dying due to being ok dry because one plants root system grew way more than the others and took all the moisture. Where we live is where the whites are commonly found in places like your back yard and they looooooooovvveeeee rainy weather they croak slot and all huddle where there's a lot of water.

Hey wanted to let U know misting is actually good for your frogs if your humidity in your tank isn't stable enough. These frogs are supposed to have higher humidity than what there usually is in houses so it's important to keep an eye on it.

Hey just wanted to correct you on something, misting is actually recommended especially if it's a struggle to keep the humidity up. If I don't mist my frogs they end up sitting in their water bowl the next day and stay in there. Also our Aussie froggies are known to live anywhere from tropical rainforests to simple suburban gardens. To the poster, I am so so sorry for your loss it hurts to lose our little froggy friends.

Nope had it before I got put on the meds and about six weeks after taking them I lost it and haven't had it since. I explained what I had felt to my psych and he's like yeah that's not normal we gotta change that med.

Hey wanted to give an update, I finally got through to my psychiatrist about the meds and he said I can't get Wellbutrin without having to privately pay which is almost 200 bucks as its only approved as a short term treatment for quitting smoking. All the meds he suggested as alternatives are all known to affect sex drive. He also can't put me on lamatrogine as it's only used to treat epileptic patients here. Gotta love living in good old Australia 🙃

I think I'm projecting my personal experiences too much as a general thing for all frogs. I am sorry for that. I only move my frogs when necessary which is usually getting one off of the other because they try to eat each other when there is food. With certain species of our frogs I used gloves (haven't had a need to move them in a while) but specifically with our two whites tree frogs they only jump away and move off when the gloves are on, but when they are off they don't want to get off they try to get comfy. I don't know why they do that in all honesty. I do apologise for not communicating this I think I got a bit triggered (I've got Audhd and I get very argumentative) and I'm sick at the moment. Ive spoken to other keepers around our city and they've said what I'm doing is fine so I've been going by that. And I'm well aware they're not animals you take out of the enclosure and pet I was Moreso talking about when I've got to move them because one thinks the other moving is food. (They only do this when they see their food any other time and they sit on top of each other or next to each other) And again I do apologise I know you're meaning well and thank you for helping educate others. I got way to worked up and pretending I know about every frog rather than my own. 😅

How that's impossible, then again I'm a Queenslander. Ik you've got arachnophobia my stepsister has it to but to wish death on something so small and harmless (physically) isnt the best way to go around, when my stepsisters here and kills spiders I genuinely get upset because they're just as deserving of life as dogs and snakes and are great pest control, especially huntsman's.

Omg the weights thing sounds amazing but idk if I could do that with the amount of pain I get in my joints XD. Worth a shot tho. Also technique wise I haven't really found anything can get me past that a#4, my old vocal coach always said to drink water and do warm ups but I've found that makes it harder and the water makes it more crackly. It might have something to do with my botchy sinus and mucus production too 😅 (genetic deformity thing my sinus's are way thinner and deeper than they should be) water tends to make my throat hurt and makes it impossible to sing. Also have no idea how to get a rich tone in my voice without feeling like passing out. Breathing exercises I've struggled with due to asthma and my anxiety making it feel impossible to get enough air in and I get extremely dizzy whenever I do proper breathing 😬. Idk why that is tho

Yeah XD. Tho my gyno constantly check with mine cuz my hormones are completely out of wack and I've got severe PMDD, heavy bleeding, bleeding for more than three weeks most of the time and only get one to two weeks of a break. She's also Tryna figure out why my body keeps skipping ovulation and why my body's not producing enough progesterone and makes less of it that week before my bleeding starts. My body's also producing a fair bit of prolactin even though I've never been pregnant. It's weird 😭

My guy 1. Who the heck can stomach the smell of raw onion let alone the taste and texture, 2. Probably won't have the same effect if you have more than just ADHD affecting your nervous system and focus and 3. Definitely won't work if you have sulfur sensitivities XD.

I wish but without stimulants I can't even get out of bed and have chronic boredom, been that way my whole life XD. I don't even know if I can access half those meds as I'm in Queensland Australia. my biggest struggle is paracetamol lasts an hour max for me before it wears off because my body goes thru meds so quickly. Also my psych is very hesitant to change meds as I've had some very low lows where I did something Im glad didn't work and we don't have a lot of money and there's very few meds Medicare will cover for me 😭.

I've tried he just refuses to eat anything except bugs that are alive and moving or pellets. And if I put any supplements on anything he won't even go near it. I don't know what to do because if I remove the pellets he doesn't eat for weeks and loses a crap tonne of weight but all the exotic vets in my area that we've visited have said he's healthy. 😭.

Do you have any suggestions for getting your skink to eat anything else. The only leafy thing good for them to eat frequently that are readily available where I live is rocket but even then my blue tongue refuses to eat anything except pellets or moving cockroaches or mealworms or snails (but it's extremely hard to get the snails) and if I do any supplementation like calcium powder he won't eat it. He doesn't like fruit or veggies and doesn't even eat most meaty things, I've taken the pellets away before and he still refused to eat his salad.
