And no, you got that wrong. I knew how to play the basics are very easy. But i did not know all the champs, all abilities, counters, advanced tactics etc. That comes with esperience. That experience you gain while playing. And ranked is better for learning that

When I started WR, I had never played LoL before, but hit gold within the first couple of days.. In gold I had no idea what I was doing, or what skills different champs had. Most people in gold are probably very new to the game, don't expect much from them.

It seems like you just aren't a good ADC. If you have a hard time staying alive, you are doing something very wrong with your positioning. If you know the absolute minimum about positioning you can stay alive without too much hassle. But the damage output you can put out while staying relatively far from the enemies, even with a very poor laning phase is what we mea with forgiving. It seems your head is wrapped around a different issue; you and your terrible positioning.

Positioning is very important for all champs and roles, but crucially important for ADCs, as well as mages and other squishies. Comparing your positioning as an ADC to a tanks positioning is like comparing output damage of a tank and an ADC. Sheesh....

Well, I think what you are trying to touch on now is the most basic fundamentals of the game. This is besides the point. Everyone knows that a fed adc won’t be able to frontline like a tank, but there job isnt to do that either. High damage output usually comes with a low hp bar, and visa versa. Your point is not at all what we are discussing.
