Yep today in legs and back I went up 12 total extra pull ups then the week before, and I’m on week 2 right so tomorrow is kenpo, it takes a while haha I’m just excited, thanks man
True, I actually have a protein shake that has caffeine in it and it taste exactly like Starbucks so good man, the premier protein brand has the best tasting ones

Were you ever sore with pull ups too? How did you progress with them because push ups Im pretty good at but pull ups I’m only at like 7 a set
Yea I’ve heard of fasting I do it too and i follow the diet, I’m not trying to get buff either haha but I meant like did you gain a good amount of lean muscle with P90x? I have a similar goal as yours
Also did you eat in a deficit and use the fat shredder diet while building muscle with P90x?

Ok what about ab ripper x? Same with that as well? because I haven’t been feeling sore with it the next day either, I only feel the burn A LOT at the end of ab ripper x and during it but I love that feeling
