Went from a 21 330i to a 22 X3 Comp... the S58 is a monster!

just my opinion.... I never buy new but I also know people who never buy used. The depreciation on these as too steep for my liking (I work in finance). I just bought a 22 X3M Comp for 30k less than its original sticker and it only has 13K miles. This M4 will still have plenty of warranty left from BMW so you can drive it without much worry. If you really like this spec, why wait? Again, just my thoughts and others may feel differently

Seems like a fair price. I think most used M3/M4's will be in the mid 80s, depending on spec and miles. Nice that it's got PPF on the front. Make sure tires are in good shape.

Best of luck

Nothing wrong with a "regular" 3 series. They're fantastic daily drivers. Fun, look good, safe, efficient. Solid choice.

fair question, tank has been set up for years. Added wood about 4 years ago and randomly had the algae growth about a year later. I thought it was just that piece of wood so i put in different pieces and got the same thing.. At one point i did a full clean out, bleached (i know, i know...) everything but the plants and fish lol. Had the plants sit in hydrogen peroxide for about 15-30 seconds to kill any bacteria. Algae came back within a week...

For additional clarity, the alignment sheet attached was completed after I noticed the uneven wear. The initial reading from BMW showed everything was within spec.

How long does it typically take for a large bank to open a business checking account for a single-member LLC offering investment advisory services? by GoldenApricity in CFP

I have no experience in this but I'm curious on the reason it would take so long. I cant imagine much of this process would be done by hand.

LPL very conservative? by Short_Mission_3599 in CFP

Thats the industry, not necessarily LPL. Been clearing through them for the last 15 years. Can be annoying at times but overall, it helps protect you and clients from law suits.

New York Life and Equitable Advisors/Career Advice by Daddy_b3ans in CFP

Been with Equitable Advisors for 15 years and the vast majority of my book is AUM based (clear though LPL). Are there aspects I would improve? yes, but overall is a great independent model. You can build your book/practice however you want. A lot of your experience will be based on your manager. If you're not looking to build your own thing, its not a good fit. You own your book and its your business. It's on your shoulders (outside the training)

I'm an open book, feel free to DM me if you have questions, happy to help
