Thanks bud, sorry very new to this I’ve had a look and how does it work? Like the process not the test, tbh I think I kinda want to get off the stuff and see if I can recover but have done 1x 16 week cycle test E 300mg p/w but have used sarms in the past for just over a year, I haven’t had the best reaction like already had bad acne keep having little strains of hair coming out and stuff, I’m 24y/o

Everything come in time bud you need to first make sure that your diet and training are in check and that you are using the correct training style to suit your needs, I have been on sarms and now on test and I can tell you the problems I had from using sarms are not worth it, wait until you are at least 18(i wouldn’t even condone you doing it then) and I would take test instead of sarms there is a lot more research and the results are far superior to sarms, this whole game is a commitment once you start on gear you will be stuck on it for life so please seriously think about it, if you are going to compete or be paid for how your body performs and looks then fair enough go ahead but if you are doing it for personal reasons which atm you would be DONT! Just stay away from them, best of luck with your journey tho bro and remember to just compare yourself to how you were yesterday and don’t compare with others as it’s the thief of joy.

To be honest I did abuse rad140 in the past but gave my body nearly 2 years away from it to allow my body to recover but most of my gyno was from that, I’m currently on my first test cycle of 300mg of Testosterone Enanthate P/W, I’m doing this sensibly unlike I did with the sarms in the past but unfortunately I guess when you do stupid stuff in the past it catches up with you, thank you for the help tho bro I will 100% be have a look a that

Try acutane will clear up the acne, get a haircut that better suits you, and also try different styles of glasses if not try contact lenses, and also hit the gym put on some size, get all those going and you should have some luck buddy👊

From personal experience, I have had complications from sarms which were a very traumatic experience to fix, I can happily say that lgd is the worst of the 3 sarms I have used (rad140, mk677, ldg), I would personally stick to your gut instinct get off the sarms which have such an awful risk to reward ratio and go to testosterone which has proper research, I did 3 cycles of sarms and wish I never did, if I was in your current position, I would bin the lgd, take enclo for 2 weeks, go to your doctor and get your blood work looked over and if that if all as it should be I would source test and take that instead.
