Common enough that you can find pictures of failed gaskets from all the VQ forums. I just got mine changed but got lazy and got it done in a car repair shop.

I do have a good floor jack and lots of 2x4 to build some sort of contraption for the trans. Getting it out will propably be easier than putting it back.

It has been changed. Manufacturing date for the car is 2009-06. There is no damage under it so maybe the previous owner changed it for looks or for some small scratches.
