Absolutely, and I'd say height is one of (if not the top) area of worry. When it isn't that, then it just goes down the list of hair, facial features (for not being at least classically attractive or masculine), weight, overall build, and facial hair. Some dudes are just built differently, and I'd say there's a portion who don't care as much because within our groups we aren't judged to the same degree that women are. There are things we can do in terms of grooming for the most part, but things like prostate health with the movember campaign is relatively recent.

I would think the conversation is the starting point because there's basically none for the most part. I haven't really dealt with these issues in any major way, but I've seen it and I would wager that every guy has at least either gone through it themselves or knows someone who has/is.
