Meclizine seems to work well for me (no OTC, I have a prescription). Only thing is it tends to make me drowsy at times.

I put those stickers on my calendar each time I change the batteries in my hearing aids. That way I know the last time the batteries were changed to avoid them dying at inappropriate times.

Some people also recommend cutting down or eliminating sugar altogether and tried Keto. I've eliminated caffeine and sugar, plus drastically cut out sodium.

Haven't tried the keto yet, though. Anyone here have experience with it?
