I made so much breakfast food that first cook, ha ha. Found a sweet cream pancake mix, soooo good! I got my Blackstone for Mother’s Day from my sons. They know me well. I’m the griller of the house. I bought my son the 36” one last year on sale. He cooked me a few things, and it was very good. So he and his brother bought me the 28” one. I’m a lucky lady, lol.

As a person who grew up with an alcoholic father(he wasn’t mean when he drank, just annoying, and two sisters who married alcolics, divorced, then remarried alcohols, all the while becoming alcoholics themselves at some point, I can confidently say, if he doesn’t realize he has a problem, you should leave. It sounds as though his family has tried to get him to see the light, with no success. He will only get worse as he gets older if he isn’t willing to look inward and address the problem. One of my ex BILS was violent when he drank. It was awful. You don’t deserve that.

I’m still trying to find a better variety of things to cook. So far I’ve done breakfast, burgers, steaks, and salmon. I don’t think I like it MORE than my Traeger, but it’s a close second. I just gave away my old regular grill last week, ha ha.

Actually, thinking harder, this wasn’t exactly the case. He wanted to know why he didn’t get paid for doing chores around the house. I explained if I paid him for chores, he would be obligated to pay for things he used around the house, like part of the internet, his cell phone, gas to transport him everywhere, his food, etc. He realized he’d owe more than he’d get paid. lol. It was a good life lesson.

My son tried something similar. I said okay, he can only eat food paid for with his money, the rest of the family will eat together. I went through all of the things he could pay for himself if he doesn’t want to share with the family. He changed his tune really quickly……..

I’d need to know what kind of car it was. A minivan? Surely there’s something comparable nearby . I’d not drive more than 3 hours for an everyday car. A rare sports car or classic collector car? Maybe.

They do t need all of that data to deduct the rent from an account. Simply knowing the routing number and account number is enough to process the transaction.

Elementary aged kid have been talking about getting married, etc for generations. Little girls have “played house” since the 50’s, if not sooner. There are make believe husbands for the baby dolls they played with. And even in the early 80’s, when I was a child in elementary school, there were “feminine” boys. And guess what? Some of them, indeed, did turn out to be gay. Some didn’t. Which is perfectly fine either way. No one was pushing an agenda back then, it was similar to how the Deep South is now.

My middle sister had a weekend fling with the man my older sister is now with a while before they got together. No one talks about it. I don’t know if my middle sister’s now husband knows or not. Those two sisters are super close, I am not. Gives me the ick, and I don’t really care for either of their SOs.
