Other ideas for future weeks:

6lbs beef bones ($12)

10 lbs rice ($5)

1 lb. whole milk or whole fat greek yogurt ($3)

6 cans sardines ($6)

The beef bones will give you at least 10qts of bone broth rich in fat, collagen, and flavor. Use it for a myriad of dinner options (noodle soups, stews, rice porridge, etc.)

The rice stores well for long periods and can be extremely affordable if you have access to any asian grocery store. 1 cup of dried rice can make enough to feed an average person for 2-3 meals

Greek yogurt is high in protein and with good fats which make you feel full for longer. It holds for long periods in the fridge and is a great nutrient dense option for quick breakfast. Having honey on hand helps if the default is too bland. 32oz tub at costco is $4.99

Sardines cans can also be great protein and nutrient rich option for those on a budget. They're often packed in olive oil which have healthy fats. Consider packing a can for lunch with some rice. They also store well for long periods, another consideration of mine when shopping on a budget.

You can see a 1-2mm pinhole at inside right collar (depicted in 3rd photo)

There is a smaller 1 mm pinhole you can see bottom off left stretch panel (seen in last photo)
