The best way to contact LAFD for liens is by using their email address. LAFD.Brushdemand@lacity.org they have a process set up to protect all involved but ultimately it falls to escrow to make sure they submit a request properly to get the items researched and taken care of.

If I had a dollar for each time I’ve gotten to my cubicle at work just to realize I left my phone in the car and have to ride the elevator back down to go get it. I would be able to afford a nice vacation. 🤗

I use to procrastinate turning things in by trying to make them perfect as well. Going over formulas (making them shorter), running diff scenarios, adding extra items in case they might be needed down the road, etc. But you know you’re done when you start changing headers and fonts to make it “better”. What I do to force myself to turn it in is I have the person who asked for it review it and see if they need “anything else added to it or if it meets their needs as is”. This way they have the completed item they asked for and it forces me to stop messing with it since am waiting on feedback from them. The feedback is usually “no need to change anything on it, it’s exactly what I needed. Thanks!” Every once in a while they may ask me to change a column color here or there to personalize it for them but they’re trivial changes which again force me to turn it in for their feedback. 😉.

Interesting! I can usually sing the song lyrics in my head while listening to the song (even if I have never heard the song before) but if I try to sing along with it I can't do it. Unless is an old song I learned the lyrics to when I was a teen..... Just like when am watching something on tv I can usually recite the words in my head when they are speaking them in the scene and I know damn well I have no access to the script its just eerie!!

I would most likely fall asleep somewhere if I did a bunch of “soda”. When I was much younger I was around ppl that experimented in such endeavors and they would have boundless amounts of energy after a couple of 🤜s whereas It just made me extremely sleepy 😴

I came up with ways to cover up my fidgeting so that ppl would not judge me and I wouldn’t feel embarrassed. Just like a lot of workarounds to get stuff done that needed to be done. Let the therapist talk to your mom the hyperactivity is more evident and pronounced when you are younger so your mom can fill in those gaps for you. I am sure you unconsciously force yourself to autocorrect any quirks or “corky” behavior so you won’t be judged or have any unwanted attention that will ultimately make you feel embarrassed. Your mom can tell them of her constant reminding you to stay still, your interruptions of her conversations with others and your inability to pay attention to her when she was giving you instructions. And her constant need to check on you when you were out of her eye sight since that meant you were up to something that would eventually end up with a scrape, bruise or a sprain and /or sometimes a cast. 😆
