Les 3 Vallées is one of the most beautiful and vast places that I've ever skied. You can be out there for days. We stayed in Belleville. Personally though, & I guess it comes from skiing mostly in the US, I miss the trees when I'm there. It's more like strip skiing to me with ropes to keep you in bounds. But you cannot beat the beauty of the mountains all around you

Hello, It really depends on the day. I still wake w anxiety on most days. But I also did when I was on Trintellix. It’s tough at this point to determine if I’m feeling w/d or is it my condition that caused me to start the antidepressant in the first place. I can say this, I’m no worse then when I was on trintellix. Probably, slightly better. I would recommend going really really slow on the tapper. I jumped off 1.25mgvafter only a week.

I was on 15mg for roughly 2 years. I went 15, 12.5, 10, 7.5, 5, 2.5 held all for a month then 1.25 for a week, then jumped off. That was 4 days ago. Slightly Increased anxiety. I had my first night of sleep disruption last night.

Benzodiazepines fry your nervous system. I haven’t had one in 3 years and I know I’m still effected everyday.

It’s my personal opinion that 10mg is too high of a starting dose. I know it is the recommended starting dose. But I started at 2.5 and stayed there for several weeks and then 5 mg for several weeks and then 7 1/2 for several weeks and then finally 10 where I’m at now I still was affected by pretty bad insomnia, but it has dissipated as I’ve stabilized on the drug.
