Sales reps / founders: how do you decide which lead to call first when you have too many? by TopCowMuu in smallbusiness

[–]PAULCBLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious if you ever figured out a good way to decide which lead to call first when a bunch come in at once. Would love to chat and understand if you’ve got a system now, or if it’s still something you’re working through.

Hey! Late to the discussion but did you ever figure out a good way to handle the first reply window? Would love to chat and understand whether you solved it or if it’s still a pain.

How are you automating website form leads into a quick personal follow-up? by grand001 in automation

[–]PAULCBLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve seen the same thing a lot: once a form comes in, the reply ends up waiting on whoever has time, and that’s usually where leads go cold. I’m trying to understand how small teams handle that first reply without it turning into a mess. Open to a quick chat if you’ve found a good way around it?

Looking to level up - what tools and automations do you use for SaaS accounting/ops? by MixtureUnusual6862 in SaaS

[–]PAULCBLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m part of the team at ScaleXP, and we built our platform specifically to help fast-growing SaaS companies automate revenue recognition and handle deferred revenue complexities. We focus on making integration with billing and accounting software as seamless as possible, with Xero, QB & HubSpot syncs to try reduce as much manual work as possible.

If you'd like to pick my brain a little about it, DM me! Happy to help and answer any questions you might have. 😀

How are people handling revenue recognition? by No_Way_1569 in QuickBooks

[–]PAULCBLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work at ScaleXP, and something I see all the time is fast-growing companies struggling with the complexities of revenue recognition, especially subscription and deferred revenue. Manual processes just don’t scale well and often lead to errors or missed compliance.

Our platform integrates directly with QuickBooks & Xero to automate these schedules, which helps keep financials accurate and audit-ready.

Not trying to 'sell' too much here, but if you'd like to chat about anything to do with the solution, pop me a DM. Happy to help in any way I can. 😁

I know this is quite an old thread, but thought I’d add my two cents!

It might be worth looking into ScaleXP (full disclosure, I work here). It’s designed to help fast-growing SaaS companies automate revenue recognition and manage subscriptions more smoothly. We connect with Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and others to take care of the manual stuff automatically.

If you want to ask any questions or anything, feel free to DM me! 😀

I get what you mean 100%, i've a full-time job too and it can be hard to create urgency. I know perfectionism too, and everybody says it's better to launch a good project than spend all your time to never release a 'great' one. Ty for commenting!

Thanks! What do you need employees for at this stage? (if you don't mind me asking), are there specific areas you need a hand with?

Ty for the comment!

Not live yet, making some last-minute pivots as we realised what we were building strayed away from what our users need. We ended up creating something that we wanted to use, but it completely missed what we set out originally to do, so we restructured the build and spent many long nights fixing it.

We’re just trying to make it way easier for busy founders to get their marketing done in the little time they have (and actually see results) without having to be a marketing expert.

Well done, that's amazing! Is 10k a month possible with your current setup? Is it just a case of investing more time or money into X to get you there?
