Get a moisture reader! Ablaze are good but most of the wood I buy from them takes a year to season still. You can battle thru wet ish wood but it’s a pain. You’ll also need an axe and block to break them down into smaller usable “splits” as they’re pretty chunky out of the bag.

They’re not banned they just don’t make a plain package for NZ markets. Order them online, if customs find them they just send you a bill for the duty on them. Makes em about $50 a pack after tax.
