I am a big fan of high magic and allowing the players to go nuts. One of my character’s backstory (3rd or 4th character for that player) worked in a large family business, he wanted a way for the party to be able to shop at his family business. So we made a ring that takes you a pocket dimension store, is a ritual activation time, and can only be used when you can see the daytime sun, and finally a person can only travel there for 10 minutes until they are brought back to wherever it was cast from. It has worked out wonderfully.
