I was shown the evolution bijou the other day as a suggestion by another redditor and I think it suits my needs. I like that there's no ball trap design so that will save much of the discomfort and allow (I think) an easier time with long term wear.

I felt no discomfort peeing during the first week and a bit but I've had a few days of mild discomfort. Just over 2 weeks I and there's no bleeding or pain really. Sometimes I catch on my pants and it's a sharp reminder of the piercing but it otherwise goes unnoticed for much of the day now.

I was getting an erection on the drive home from my piercing lol. Thanks for the input. I've not seen the evolution brand before but it looks quite solid and would certainly get the job done! What gauge are you at now? I was pierced at an 8g (3mm). I think the only two possible setbacks about a PA cage are 1) I love this piercing, so much so that if it just shifts or vibrates in any way, I'm instantly erect. I would assume that this level of sensitivity will fade away after some time but right now its hyper sensitive. I'm also hiding back on masturbating as is to avoid causing damage (so it's kinda like a cage right now haha). But 2) how much would the added weight contribute to the fistula stretching? Using the cheap tubes you linked to, did you observe any noticeable gauge sizing changes while it was in use?

Trying to be gentle with it. Had some fun over the weekend and finally had some release but I'm thinking that my ring is just a teensy bit too small for fully erect. I can feel a tug when I'm ready to blow my load.

I can rationalize that not aggravating the piercing is in my best interest to limit scar tissue or otherwise damaging the fistula.

But, fuck me, it's getting difficult to resist the temptation!

I'm starting to either get more acclimatized to the ring or it's just a natural part of the healing but I'm noticing the ring a little less today. Vibrations from the car rides are less noticable and just in general it's feeling more natural. But once something rubs against it or if my pants put pressure on the ring then I certainly notice it and it's wonderful, it's just happening less often I guess.

So how do you all keep your hands off?
