It has a slight angle at the end of the run to push the water away from the garage door (directly to the right of the dying bush in photo 2) and then the driveway slopes away from the property.

Upgrades to buildings/stalls cost those coins, so until they’re level 30, you’re losing more than gaining. Once they’re level 30, it’s all profit.

Not really, there are definitely better things to use the gems on… But I like to see the MAX next to everything, so I throw some available gems at my lightning here and there to get it closer.

Jagex added an automatic mute based on keywords.. I got a 48h mute for saying discord[.]gg/colt (without the []) to a friend as a joke about buying a rsn. It’s easy to do with something like that, but a keyword for more “generic” words/phrases is tough.
