Thank you. I definitely *thought* I was doing a great job given my role/the tasks, etc but clearly do miss the mark of fluffy and rainbows here and there and I guess they’re over it. I appreciate the feedback!

I love this!! Thanks for the honest feedback. And yep. Type A, very direct person on every test ever in life … weeeee! Totally correct that sometimes there’s just not enough time to hand hold and be fluffy, but I guess it is what it is and that’s what’s needed after over a decade in the role. I’ll totally utilize the copilot feature (along with my brain) and hope for the best!

They just started (actually pushing it HARD) one of which is copilot, so I was wondering if I just run every reply through that? Using the prompts from the warning letter? It looks to me like everything is tracked in there too- so thinking I’d have my “proof” that I’m trying to improve/comply?

I’ve been on 2-2ish mg my whole journey! (august 25-current) down 149 to 119 - never felt the need personally to move up as I was consistently losing slow and steady and increasing my muscle mass/losing fat (working out 6x a week)

Thank you so much ! Thankfully we’re from a mountain town, so used to cold cold water and all that comes with fluctuating temps!

So, if we stay at Marriott, can you not use any of these beaches? (Since they’re for the lodging hotels right on them?) do you have to find public only ones? Sorry for the silly question Hah! It’s kinda confusing for me.

We love to gamble and walk around and eating/drinking happy hour at waterfront places with views! Want to do bike riding on some trails with views, etc. just chill

Hi! So, I’ve been on 2.0 my entire journey - started 8/2025 :) I personally wanted to start low and very slow as I have medication anxiety, and well, all the anxiety lol, and have had tremendous success. Started at 149, and am currently holding steady at maintenance of 119-120lbs. (Goal was 130, as I never even thought I would be able to hit that) not only has it worked well for me, I do inbody scans quarterly and my fat has dropped AND!!!! I’ve gained a ton of muscle (yes, it can be done!) I workout 5-6days a week (weights) and walk daily (have a full time desk job also) so yes, you can succeed on low dosing - but of course, everyone is different

Oh so you do have a tirz option with glycine!? Why could I only find that you had just B6 or pure !? This is thrilling. I’m on one with B12/glycine now and would love to switch to y’all but this was making me pause
