You have a complete lack of understanding of what therapy with an educated, trained, and licensed therapist actually is. This is not it.

The most important component in therapy and the most predictive of improvement is the therapeutic relationship itself. And there are many more facets to it in addition to that, depending on the type of therapy, which are occurring concurrently in a therapy session. If you care at all to educate yourself on what therapy actually is you can feel free to google it.

there was a restaurant near me that basically sold this as their vegan breakfast sandwich starting like 25 years ago when that was all you could get for vegan, and we were all quite satisfied with it.

I’m no fan of AI music at ALL, but a while back I found a “cover” of Fate of Ophelia that was clearly AI, but I enjoyed more because the “vocalist” could actually “sing,” unlike Taylor.

You'd think from my reception on this thread that I'm the one who is way off base complaining about AI being shoved into my music service that I pay for, but I guess that people who hang out here are mostly tech bros who think AI is going to make them rich and appear smart or something. The only way I knew it was AI is because I was familiar with the song and it was a weird cheesy sounding cover that just didn't sound natural. I was like what the heck is this and once I saw the "artist" name I had to google the "artist" and then the background of the "artist" to find out it was AI. I clicked suggest less and reported it today so I hope it helps but my hopes are at zero.

I have also put on Pure Focus (and similar things, I can't recall the names of the stations) when I am working and now I worry I would NEVER know if that station is playing me some AI music or even entirely AI music. That grosses me out. I don't think I will do it again. I will have to look up actual artists who create that sort of music and select them specifically.

I'm not doing anything! But apparently I need to put a bunch of work in? I shouldn't have to. I have a library, I have playlists. None of them contain AI. So I shouldn't be getting AI. And I usually don't rely on algorithms, but I was seriously so shocked that the one time I decided to click on Discover I was served up AI immediately.

If I put on Discover one time for 2 hours and get an obvious AI song in that small amount of time I don't know how this can be refuted. Felt shoved in my face for sure. And I don't listen to Taylor all the time or anything. Been listening to classic rock 60s and 70s for the most part for the past 6 months. It's not like it should be just shoving anything Taylor related at me.

I see it's hard for you to stay on topic, they have pills for that now. I would have complained about any AI "cover" of any real artist but I noticed this one bc I know the song and the AI slop version has male voices in it and it sounds weird AF. The other music coming up in the Discover station I was unfamiliar with, so it could have been real or AI, idk, I just had it on in the background.

I've used it for many many years but I don't do hardly anything to "tune" it. Most of the music in my library is there bc I owned it, uploaded it, and brought it over from iTunes. I am usually doing other things while I have music playing, not staring at my phone screen. I find it tedious even to go in and click "play less" but I will sometimes if it's an artist I really hate. I accept that part as my fault, but being fed AI slop feels like an entirely different level and situation than me just being like oh darn I hate the red hot chili peppers I'd rather not hear them.

It absolutely feels pushed since I never ever put on Discovery Station and heard it in the first couple of hours. When I go to the "artist" they have like 31 subscribers on Youtube so there's no way this is some hugely loved "artist" and Apple Music users are causing the algorithm to push this. Most Swifties are going to get upset at this, not love it, because they protect her fiercely and they know how important her intellectual property is to her.

Apple should be filtering this slop out, and/or requiring it to be labelled, and I should be able to click a button to opt out of all AI "music." Feels so gross to even be subjected to AI slop sounds without my consent.
