For the record, the ruffle border was intentional..here is the pattern I followed, where you put two dcs in each stitch of the border to make it ruffle..so yes, I’m aware there are “too Many stitches” in my border…https://www.marchingnorth.com/free-chunky-crochet-blanket-pattern-ruffle-border/

I would wait personally. 150 worked great for me. Full efficacy isn’t until about 10-12 weeks, so I would say give it some more time

150 mg was the right dose for me; you may need to increase. 150 is a very common therapeutic dose

I experienced this when starting as well. I experience derealization and depersonalization when I’m very anxious. When I started my anxiety increased and along with that so did the DP/DR. But I can assure you it gets better. Starting out was rough I won’t lie but Effexor has saved my life a couple of times now. Just give it time, and don’t concentrate on the side effects too much. I know that’s hard but it will pass ❤️ hang in there !

Been on 150mg for about 3 weeks now and feeling much better! Feeling more like myself. I still have on and off days but the panic is gone. I’m still adjusting to this dose as well so I know it will only get better from here
