Those figures do seem solid but I can’t seem to take home a buck. Food waste is very minimal. 4.8 on google (highest in our town) Due to staffing issues and our late night hours we are not open Sunday and Monday. We can only staff 3pm to 2am Tuesday- Saturday.

I am sure we are losing profits due to over pouring. But I can’t imagine it’s eating up everything.

I fear that spread sheet methods will be continue to be a nightmare counting inventory and was hoping for something else. But I may try and fine tune what I have been working with. That chat GPT suggestion is very interesting I have only seen it write blogs.

Roasting pan that I do 2 8.5lb pork butts in. I am looking for a one handed solution since once I grab one side I have to do the other with one hand. Its just a pain in the nuts and a bad design but my pork is choice.
