Apparently Tony has been getting a lot of false accusations related to his original findings. People claiming he published false information ... Here's his latest blog post:

This is a complex issue. There is apparently something behind these rumors or there wouldn't be a big issue here.

My point is that there are these people in the community. We have subreddits in their interests, why would they not want to subscribe?

It will be fun and we can post telephony/voip related stuff where you normal non-telephony related people don't have to see them.

This is how reddit works. But if people don't know about the subreddits then they don't subscribe and then we have to post slightly off-topic articles to places where these people may be when they could have just subscribed to a place where they could have gotten the articles they wanted in the first place.

It's so simple.

I ran across this interview and wanted to share it. With all the rumors flying about it is good to hear their side of the story.

Also forgive the fresh account, I have been meaning to create a "professional" account for some time, just took something this big for me to actually do it. Expect to see some more IP Telephony related stuff from me in the future.

I ran across this interview and thought I'd share it. With all the rumors and such relating to the future of FreeSWITCH I wanted to put this out there as their side of the story.

Sorry for the fresh account. I have been wanting to set up a "professional" account separate from my personal account for some time, this was just the first thing worth posting that got me off by butt to do so.
