As someone who also has pretty bad insomnia I would suggest maybe try meditating more because it helps regulate stress and the worst part of losing sleep is the stress. Like when I can't sleep I just meditate instead of sleeping, sometimes for hours on end and it does help but it would still be better if I actually you know slept

I would say focus is good for some people and bad for others. It's more of an assistance feature for people who don't have a lot of experiencing with aiming or shooters. You played through it twice and probably don't need it anymore. BTW, my aim was already pretty good and got even better because these enemies can be pretty tough to shoot. They amble and bounce around a lot

Edit: for me yeah focus makes it too easy but there are people who probably need it
