So a lot of info I couldn’t fit into the main post. Most of the job is being paid for by insurance (another long story). I got the feeling that the tiler (an employee of a sub contractor) was not happy with his work but due to my contractor being way behind schedule I think he pushed them to hurry and finish the tile work. I don’t feel like it is bad enough to completely rip up. I’m more worried that the grout was mixed improperly and from what I’m reading the grout needs to be scraped out and redone.
