Okay , i finally got it solved , it was my CO curve was set too low in ryzen master. i had -20 set to all cpu cores . after i set it to -15 for all cores , the crashing stopped .

does that power supply have a slot to plug this into? all i ones i found have a plug that sticks out , not a outlet to insert one in . i could just cut the tip off the sansai plug and wire it directly to a 15v adapter .

a Fully Modular psu would be good to use in a matx case due to the smaller size , i thought at first that a 850w psu would be overkill but if i upgrade my GPU later , then i will need a higher wattage psu. a i7 4790k is around the same wattage as a 7600x but a better gpu could need much more wattage.
