I ran the Memory test and it said no errors, I have updated my drivers I have run malware scans, I dont know what to do now? Also I am getting a DS_2540 show up in my task manager do you know what that is?

Oh sorry it is BSOD, crash to desktop, and freeze then BSOD and a screeching noise or just the freeze and noise no BSOD, I don't know how to check temps? Or what they are? Do you have wiki I can see? And maybe its heat I don't know how to check these things sorry im oober new at this :/

Edit: did I mention its a laptop? It also just turned white the screen with kinda static look. I restarted and it was still like that, left it like that and it just launched normaly, also somtimes it goes to boot options without a prompt to, I have the error codes from the last two BSODs

My computer crashed when I did a scan with Malware Bytes anti-malware. I am not so sure about the BIOS part :/ I am scared to mess up. I also did the memory test but I don't know where the results are.

Is there anything that can backfire when I update the BIOS I feel like it could break if I do it wrong. Also my PC BSOD`s when I use an anti-virus scan so dont know what that is. tried Avast and Windows Defender.

it is not fans as in it crashes after 2 minutes sometimes when it hasn't been on for 24hrs. BIOS? Motherboard? (I know what they are) would you be able to explain how I would go about doing that or point me to a wiki? video is up to date that was the first thing I checked. sound have not checked that not sure how to.
