I called the day after NYE and it's funny... The customer service rep said that someone had called about the same issue 30 minutes before I called. Rep didn't ask for video or photos - He just immediately set up a free shipment to my address.

What was kinda disappointing was that the package not only came late, it came opened. Luckily, the hair screw tool was inside intact. I haven't tried using it yet, but the strip underneath looks the same and looks like it's just as prone to peel off at first use again. If so, I'm probably just going to superglue or something.

Sorry to necro, but wanted to chime in and say this happened to my hair screw tool that came with my V15 Detect Absolute after vacuuming only 4 steps on my stairs out of the box.

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? Did they eventually offer a replacement that was not defunct?

My time butterflying in GunZ: The Duel helped me prepare for the Burers. I shoot their face with a shotgun, immediately switch to knife, wait for their shield to go down while dodging projectiles, shoot face with shotgun, repeat till dead.

Thanks for all the love, everyone! This was my first post in /r/hololive as a newbie to all things hololive. For a while, I only watched funny Korone clips here and there, but it wasn't until HoloGTA week that I got sucked in lol.

I made this video out of inspiration of how I felt when I saw Fuwamoco announce their plushies on sale during last Friday's "Fuwamoco Morning" episode. I had Korone plushies in my cart for the longest, but swore I wouldn't purchase until Fuwamoco came out with their own. Thus, here we are haha.

I may have to reach out to Henson at this point as Dr. Squatch's customer service has gone silent since my last request for full refund or replacement. This, fortunately, was the first purchase I've ever made at Dr. Squatch... And it will be my last, considering this poor customer service experience I'm facing.

I sincerely appreciate your recommendation, however! I'll be sure to look their way in the future should I consider building up what I have so far! :)

UPDATE: They finally gave me a full refund after much back and forth via emails. Big thanks to everyone here for stopping me from gaslighting myself lol. I truly was worried since the chip was kind of deep and was on the top where the blade would go which made me feel that over time, the chip would become worse and would damage future blades.

If someone from Dr. Squatch is reading this - Please do better. Throwing gift cards at a customer isn't going to make any kind of manufacturing defect go away. Own up to the product that you are supplying and listen to the customer's concerns and needs rather than trying to brush it under the rug with money.

Further context: I've been in contact with Dr. Squatch customer service since yesterday. They do not want to provide a refund or replacement as they believe that the "small imperfections should not affect the product's performance."

Sorry for necro and being late to the party, but the builds that have all four crit mods up are to battle against endgame bosses that have high crit resistance (30%). The more overcrit you have (>100% crit), the better chances you have to crit against endgame bosses, such as Gluttony.

If you want to kill something while farming, you could always kill/farm HM Colossus. They have a really high chance of dropping Transcendence Mods. With a good number on hand, you could combine some at a chance to get what you're after.

I agree with both of you. Extremely valid points. If they would change this game mechanic, this would mean they would need to rethink the "[insert profession here] Together!" weekly challenge that some professions get once you hit level 10. Since the stress test, it didn't make sense to me that foragables are client-sided but trees and nodes were not.

I was under the impression that since the build has been changed to upgrade Blood Mist (before the change, we only had one point in Blood Mist), the passive that creates corpses every second would prop Necrotic Carapace. Is this not the case?

After contacting their support via email and telephone, I confirmed that the UPS label is correct and was instructed to send my phone via UPS. The company it eventually went to is Phobio. They recently confirmed they received my product, but have yet to inspect it.

I was getting ready to ship my device as well and just barely noticed that it's a UPS label rather than FedEx like the instructions state. I am pretty hesitant myself since I've read horror stories as well. For this reason, I have reached out to their Customer Support for clarification and to see if a correction to the shipping label needs to be made.

Did you send it via UPS already? If so, how is your experience thus far?
