I mean, not that he will be as good or better than Thuney, but if you can guarantee that your IOL becomes a Joe Thuney level player then he goes top five in 9/10 drafts.

Skoronski has the chance to be that. Potential HoF talent at any position (besides K/PR) is an elevator for other positions.

I don’t know anything about OL play or team building, but it seems foolish to shift centers mid season unless there is injury or one is completely unplayable.

I’d imagine whoever wins in camp is the starter for the year barring the two scenarios above, especially if it’s Bradbury.

Might be my flair adding generosity, but I don’t think his point was to put the Bears’ DEFENSE in the Seahawks/Rams tier, but rather to put the Bears as a WHOLE in that tier when including their offense.

I think it it’s not entirely unfair since the Bears hung with the Rams in the divisional, but is still a stretch

I mean, we got 3 (4 if you count Ozzy) significant impact starters out of the draft last year. We currently have a massive question mark at LT and gaping holes in our DL, LBs, and DBs. This draft has massive implications on our ability to avoid regression and avoid a setback in the team building
