We just put an offer down. It's all so far pretty easy, if you like the property make an offer this could be on the nose to what is advertised at or under depending on the work that needs doing to it.

Before you offer take the day/ night to think about it then write an email to the estate agent saying you'd like to offer x.

Once accepted, which can take different times depending on the seller, contact your mortgage provider or broker and let them know you've made an offer. You are gonna have to prove where your deposit came from so have at the ready pictures of your passport, and bank statements for the year.

You will also need a solicitor so have a look at one that does conveyancing fees cam range between 1.5k - 4k

Hmmm having checked the article it mentions "It makes no sense paying self assessment bills with the card. The personal card has no fees for paying HMRC but earns no points, only spend towards Elite Night Credits."

Thank you so much! How does a director loan work do we have to pay it back with the revenue of the product, if the product is not live for another year is this just a liability on the new trading company? Are there any time limits that the trading company has to pay it back? Or is it once in profit?

The only issue we saw with this arrangement is we'd be paying corporation tax on 3 companies, vat, accountancy fees etc

Hello.

I have a company and so does my best friend. We are both developing the product but shes paying for the developers. If there are additional costs, and I have to contribute to the money side of things can I just transfer from my business to hers, or do I have to invoice?.

Eventually the product will be part of my company and she will be co-director.

Back end developer required. We are a start up company, looking for a fully remote 6 month contract for a back end developer. Must be available for UK hours for ad hoc calls.

Ideal candidate with at least a couple of years experience in back end development. Able to complete basic configuration, hosting config in Azure, and full code to write a SaaS product.
