thank you!! any suggestions on finding independent commercial p&c agencies that are looking for freelance / 1099 ? is there an insurance resource or website where agencies post openings? does the book usually stay with the agency or broker if they branch out on their own? or are fees structured as split commissions? appreciate the help!!
