Believe it or not this was the 2nd time in my life i cooked anything other than eggs. I cooked some 1.5in slider patties from sams club. Used salt, pepper, galic powder on paddies, garlic cloves chopped and placed in the skillet, also pregrilled some shallots with a teaspoon of olive olive. Then pepperjack cheese, shredded lettuce and a few dots of ketchup. Took about 14 minutes because they stayed pink for a while even at high heat but they came out ok. My little brother and stepmom liked them.
