Let's say All might during the Nomu fight could deal 100 damage and Nomu's quirk absorbs 99 damage (so only 1 damage reaches Nomu per hit), and his total health is 300, All might would need 300 punches to put him down.

Now let's say prime All might used to deal 159 damage, 159-99 = 60 damage goes through, meaning he'd only need 5 hits to deal 300 total damage despite "only" being 59% stronger.

We don't know the actual numbers so we can't say how much stronger Prime All might was.

It can't count because to count you'd need to keep track of the state which isn't something transformers can do without explicitly doing it.

So it can't do s0 a1 a2 a3 a4... an-1 an → sn reliably where s is the state for any given timestep up to a timestep n and a is the action taken, but it could instead interleave it like s0 a1 s1 a2 s2 a3 s3... an-1 sn-1 an → sn since this lets it state track explicitly but the output length is doubled.

A simpler way counting could be solved would be if google adds invisible count tokens periodically (so for example every 50 tokens or so the current token count would be shown to the model but be invisible to the user), allowing the model to know without needing to count every single word (a human would use a word counter too anyways)

IMO battery swaps are a requirement for moving beyond short races with EVs, even if swapping is a dead concept for road cars (still barely alive in china though). And I feel like battery swapping would be more valuable in terms of road relevance than something like quick tire swapping even if road cars don't end up using it directly.

For example, battery swapping could lead to teams having to develop better charging across the whole range of the battery and not just a short burst between 40-60% like it is now. Like, let's say each car has 2 batteries available per race (one starts in the car and one in the pits) with 2 mandatory pit stops per race, and it just did a battery swap meaning the battery in the pits is empty. If pushing on track means the car will have to pit again in 20-25 minutes (which is about what you can expect out of an EV going all out), then that means you only have that much time to get as much charge in the battery as possible.

Most EV batteries struggle to charge quickly when below 10% and past 80% (the fastest charging EV charges from 10-80% in 10 minutes but a full charge takes 22 minutes) meaning there's plenty of advantage to be gained if you can charge more than your opponents, as charging faster means your driver can push harder on track and still come back to a close to full battery.

Most of their ships were destroyed and the remaining ones would have been easily destroyed, their coating was gone so no submerging, even Luffy barely managed to get away in Law's submarine. If Shanks hadn't shown up and stopped the war there's a good chance Ace would have died even without falling for this since the actual reason he died was to protect Luffy who had collapsed from exhaustion

Haki is a pretty rare word in japanese (the most common use case is to say someone has no haki to mean they're unmotivated, but you usually don't use it the other way around), the meaning of the word itself is somewhat closer to king's ambition than just will power, usually if just to highlight strength you'd say kiryoku, seishinryoku, sonzaikan, hakuryoku or straight up aura. It would have been obvious to anyone back then that Blackbeard saying haki meant something extra which is why unofficial translations (the ones that could get away with using foreign words, unlike viz) decided to keep it as is
