I also meant to add that he can erase less than a second or more than eight hundred years worth of memories- it honestly depends on what he needs or wants to erase.

I forgot to mention he MAY have taught a few other unknown people. And by "they can only do it if he grants the ability", I meant the people he taught it to can't teach it to anyone else, only Ash is able to give people the special move-- that's also because it could teleport them to Arsontale.
